Darryl LaPlante is our 2010 Young & Free South Carolina Spokesperson!

It's official! Darryl LaPlante, 22 years-old, from Goose Creek is South Carolina Federal Credit Union’s 2010 Young & Free SC Spokesperson. Our Chief Operating Officer, Troy Hall, offered the job to Darryl Tuesday afternoon. With the help of a crowd of friends and family members, Darryl was taken by surprise and accepted the job. Take a look at the video!

All three finalists, Daniella Delain, Darryl LaPlante and Alexa Chloe Villavicencio mounted terrific campaigns to rally voters. In the end, Darryl had the most votes and won the job. All three of these incredible young people did a fantastic job. Thank you for putting your heart and soul into Young & Free SC!

We'll keep you posted right here on the blog over the next week as Darryl gets settled in and takes over.
